Waverley Patchworkers showcase a unique collection created during a workshop with New Zealand quilter Charlotte Scott, whose process begins with painted or dyed fabrics, made possible through a grant from Victorian Quilters Inc.
2025 Challenge Theme is Recycle, Reuse, Recreate. Quilts created by recycling and reusing textiles, made exactly 1 metre square, are sure to inspire.
This year the quilt, titled ‘Tumbling Weeds’, was made by Wendy Blyth and quilted by Jenny Gibson, a Chris Serong design.
Valued at $3,300, the raffle winner can take this beautiful quilt home!

The Victorian Quilters Quilt Appraisal Team will conduct ‘live’ quilt appraisals. These sessions will highlight the detailed process of assessing quilts for authentication for insurance purposes.
